MESSAGE

        My sincerest felicitations to all the constituents of Barangay Pinamihagan, Culaba as you celebrate your Barangay Fiesta in honor of Patron Saint, San Roque on August 18-19, 2001.

        As we all know, our traditional fiesta is always a joyful celebration.  It's the time that we renew acquaintances, meet our friends, relatives and guests who come and share with us the bounty of the celebration and the blessings of the honored Patron Saint.  It is also the most opportune time to look forward and continue to strive for better blessings ahead.

        I appreciate very much the effort you have exerted to make this event become a reality.  But most of all, we should not forget to thank our Patron Saint, San Roque for all the blessings he has bestowed on us all through the years.

        Rest assured that my family and I will continue to help you and be one with you in your prayers for continues blessings and a peaceful coexistence with our fellow  Biliranons.  My desire for the betterment of the Province of Biliran shall always include Barangay Pinamihagan, Culaba in my prayers.

        My sincerest congratulations to all of you and Happy Fiesta.
