        It is with joy and satisfaction that I convey my sincerest felicitations to the Christian Community of Barangay Pinamihagan as you celebrate your fiesta in honor of Senor San Roque on August 18-19, 2001.

        As we gather for this momentous occasion, let us express our gratitude to God for the blessings that He has given us through the intercession of our Patron Saint San Roque.  All Culabanhon will breath the air of true democracy.

        May the celebration renew our lives and commit ourselves to the church through an active collaboration in the task of evangelization.

        I, my family and staff wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to our constituents in Barangay Pinamihagan on your joyous fiesta celebration.
